  1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Orders can take approximately 1-3 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped (weekends are not included).

 

2. CAN I ORDER BY PHONE/ INSTAGRAM DM?

Unfortunately, we do not process any orders by phone or DM. All orders must be placed directly on our online website or purchased in person at our Miami location click here for our store address.

 

3. HOW DO I DECIDE WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?

4. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES KILL THE BOYS ACCEPT?

5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order by visiting www.USPS.com or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Enter your tracking number in the search field (Please be advised: a tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery).

Please allow 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the www.USPS.com site from the time you receive your tracking information email from our team.  

 

6. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Should you not receive your package, please contact our team at orders@killtheboys.com to assist you in locating your order.  

 

7. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Usually our International Orders are received within 7-10 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). If for whatever reason your package gets held up in customs it may take up to 25 business days.

If 25 business days have passed, please contact our team at orders@killtheboys.com 

All orders placed within 25 business days, we ask for your patience as your package is on its way to you.

 

8. HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED? HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE A CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT?

You will receive an email from our team indicating your refund has been successfully processed once the refund has been submitted.

Once you receive the email, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be applied back into your bank account.

 

9. WHAT HAPPENS IF I SEND BACK A NON REFUNDABLE ITEM?

All Sale Items, Swim, Intimates & Bodysuits are FINAL SALE

You will receive an email from our team indicating your refund can not be completed a $25 fee will be charged for any order that is returned back to you in addition to the $25 fee you will also be responsible for paying return shipping. 

 

10. DO YOU HAVE OVERNIGHT OR EXPRESS SHIPPING?

YES! We offer Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express as shipping options. Keep in mind that even if you choose these options there is still a 1-3 business day processing time before we ship your order out. 


11. DO YOU HAVE EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

YES! We offer Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International as shipping options. Keep in mind that even if you choose these options there is still a 1-3 business day processing time before we ship your order out. 

We are not responsible if your package is held up in customs and you chose express shipping as there is nothing we can do. 

 

12. HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

We usually restock various styles on a weekly basis. There are no guarantees that an item will be restocked. However, if we do restock a sold item we post a picture on our Instagram. Follow us to stay up to date with all of our latest items and restocks!

 

13. YOUR RETURN POLICY SAYS 15 DAYS, BUT IS THAT FROM THE DATE I PLACE MY ORDER OR FROM THE DAY I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

The 15-day period begins from the date of delivery (the day you receive your package).

 

14. WHAT SHIPPING METHOD IS USED?

We ship our packages via USPS.   

 

15. I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Since we do our best to ensure you will receive your package as promptly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed.

 

16. HOW CAN I CONTACT KILL THE BOYS CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Email us! We love hearing from our customers! Our Customer Service Team is available to answer any questions and inquiries you may have via email Monday-Friday (10am-6pm) EST. Please allow up to 48 hours (not including weekends) for a response.

Emailing about an Order – Please included Order Number (if available), First and Last Name provided to place order, and email address used to place order.

Emailing about a Return/Refund- Please include Tracking Number for return package, Order Number, First and Last Name and Email Address used to place order.

 

17. HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TOWARDS MY ORDER?

To apply a discount code to your order, you must first add items into your cart. Once you add items to your cart, click on "Checkout". This will lead you to a new window where you will find the Discount Code box. Type the Discount Code here, then click on "Apply". Once this is complete, you may then proceed with successfully placing your order and checkout.

 

18. ARE ORDERS PLACED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE?

 Yes, all order placed with a discount code are considered final sale.

 

19. CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

KILL THE BOYS does not process exchanges, however, we are more than happy to process a return for you. Should you wish to select a different item, please place a new order online and we will ship your package to you as promptly as possible.

20. CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?

Since we do our best to ship packages as promptly as possible, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed and processed.  

 

21. I CHOSE ONLINE SHIPPING BUT I WANT TO PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE.

Since we do our best to ship packages as promptly as possible, we need to receive an email within 30 minutes of your order being placed for this change to be possible. Your shipping will not be refunded to you. 

 

22. I CHOSE IN STORE PICK UP BUT I WANT MY ITEM TO BE SHIPPED TO ME.

Since we do our best to ship packages as promptly as possible, we need to receive an email within 30 minutes of your order being placed for this change to be possible. You will be invoiced shipping costs which must be paid immediately for your item to be shipped to you.
